Once upon a time…..
….there was a woman who spent her time being influenced by others. Their expectations, their values and their needs.
She was a successful professional who, on the outside, looked like she had it all but inside she wasn’t fulfilled, she didn’t feel she was allowed to show her true self. She definitely didn’t feel empowered.
She was stuck on the hamster wheel.
She reached breaking point.
So, one day she decided to change everything about her life. She decided to take some time considering what it was she wanted for her future.
From this time stepping back, she recognised that her passion was people. Their development, enabling them to really, finally reach their full potential.
She looked at her vast experience developing people and teams. Her extensive operational experience in corporate organisations and within the health service. Her ability to coach people and create powerful shifts.
She recognised her true passion was to empower people to be able to empower others.
So, she started to live to fulfil that passion.
That was a big changing point in my life and since then I have been developing the services I offer to enable individuals, teams and organisations to meet life’s challenges head on. To adapt, to resource themselves and to give themselves the skills they need to progress forward from an empowered state.
From a personal perspective I have never been happier. That time stepping back also enabled me to make personal choices that were right for me. I stopped expecting myself to fit in and gave myself the permission to stand out and be different, to be unique.

I have been running my two businesses since 2012 and I now utilise my unique blend of business acumen, leadership experience and coaching skills to ensure my clients get results.
My life and experience means I understand the complexity of the challenges you face. I have seen the results when people aren’t allowed (by others or themselves) to be who they want to be. When they are not enabled to flourish and thrive. When they are not given the skills and resources to prosper and grow.
Alongside my original degree in Psychology and Mathematics (an interesting choice I know, I have always like to utilise all sides of my brain!) I started off training to teach maths. Unfortunately back then (yes it was a while ago), creativity in teaching wasn’t really encouraged and I realised this wasn’t for me.
So after a while travelling and trying to figure out what I wanted to do, I took a job in media. Great fun, very challenging but I realised my values were being compromised.
Since then, I have been lucky to have 3 successful careers. Initially in a large corporate organisation where I progressed to Director level and then within a senior role in primary care in the NHS.
